- 3/4 c. Fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. Arrowroot pwdr/cornstarch
- 1 c. Fructose/sugar

- Blend together all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Adjust sweetener to taste.
- Cook mix on the stove top. Bring to a boil on low heat, stiring constantly until thickened. When thickened, pour mix into individual serving dishes & refrigerateuntil hard.
