- 1 c. sugar
- 4 large eggs (reserve 1 egg white)
- 2 T flour
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
- 1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
- 2 T melted butter
Инструкции
- Cream sugar, large eggs, butter, flour and salt. Add in lowfat milk and mix well. Beat the reserved egg white till stiff. Mix in mix along with vanilla. Pour in deep unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees till knife blade inserted in center comes out clean. This custard is very creamy and has a nice brown crust on top.
