- 4 x diced onions
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 quart lowfat milk
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 x salt
- 1 x pepper
- 1 x paprika

- Heat the fat in the kettle and add in the diced onions. Cook till brown, then add in flour, stirring constantly. Add in lowfat milk (a little at a time), stirring constantly. When the soup is warm and thickened, add in the cheese and stir till it's combined. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and serve.
