- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 lb sausage (pork or possibly turkey) fried, liquid removed, and crumbled
- 4 x Large eggs
- 3 c. breadcrumbs

- Prepare a 2-qt baking dish by spraying with non-stick cooking spray. Combine and mix all ingredients. Pour into baking dish and bake for 1 1/4 hrs at 375 degrees.
- This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
