- 5 lb potatoes peeled, diced and cooked till tender
- 1 pkt lowfat sour cream (16 ounce.)
- 1 pkt cream cheese (8 ounce.)
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 tsp salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp black pepper to taste
Инструкции
- Peel, dice and boil potatoes till tender. Drain well. Mash potatoes with remaining ingredients and season to taste with salt an pepper. Turn into a greased 2-2 1/2 qt baking dish. Dot with additional butter. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20-30 min.
- NOTES : Cindy Says: Actually these are good any time of year, and best of all they can be made ahead and refrigerated! For Thanksgiving I usually make them on Tuesday evening and they are ready to pop into the oven as soon as the turkey comes out. The flavor and texture are wonderful!
