Ingredients: 8 ounce Cream cheese softened; 6 ounce Semisweet chocolate pcs melted; 3/4 c. Vanilla wafer crumbs; 1/4 c. Preserves raspberry, or possibly your choice, strained Almonds finely minced Cocoa Powdered sugar

Ингредиенты

8 ounce Cream cheese softened
6 ounce Semisweet chocolate pcs melted
3/4 c. Vanilla wafer crumbs
1/4 c. Preserves raspberry, or possibly your choice, strained Almonds finely minced Cocoa Powdered sugar

Инструкции

Combine cream cheese and chocolate, mixing well.
Stir in crumbs and preserves. Refrigerateseveral hrs or possibly overnight. Shape into 1-inch balls; roll in almonds, cocoa or possibly sugar.
Variation. Use butterscotch chips.
