Ингредиенты
- 2 lbs. minced ham
- 1 pound grated cheese (cheddar)
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 green pepper or possibly 1 sm. jar green olives, cut in sm. pcs
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 5 to 6 hard-boiled large eggs, minced
- 1 bottle chili sauce
- 4 packages. of 8 hamburger buns

- Put together all ingredients well. Put generous amount on each hamburger bun and wrap in pcs of foil. Chill at least 5 hrs (make day ahead). Recipe makes about 30 sandwiches, to be frzn and heated as needed. Heat in a 350 degree oven on cookie sheet till hot (in foil) about 20 min.
