Ingredients: 3/4 c. margarine; 3/4 c. sugar; 3/4 c. brown sugar firmly packed; 3/4 c. creamy peanut butter; 1 x egg; 1 tsp vanilla; 1 3/4 c. flour; 1/2 tsp soda; 1/2 tsp salt Sugar Cinnamon

Ингредиенты

3/4 c. margarine
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar firmly packed
3/4 c. creamy peanut butter
1 x egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt Sugar Cinnamon

Инструкции

Cream margarine, sugar and brown sugar till light and fluffy. Blend in peanut butter, egg and vanilla. Add in combined dry ingredients; mix well. Shape rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into balls; roll in granulated sugar and cinnamon. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375F for 10 to 12 min.
NOTES : Even though I am a chocoholic, this is my favorite cookie. - Jamie
