Crackle Top Peanut Butter Cookies

Ингредиенты

  • 3/4 c. margarine
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar firmly packed
  • 3/4 c. creamy peanut butter
  • 1 x egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 3/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt Sugar Cinnamon

Инструкции

  1. Cream margarine, sugar and brown sugar till light and fluffy. Blend in peanut butter, egg and vanilla. Add in combined dry ingredients; mix well. Shape rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into balls; roll in granulated sugar and cinnamon. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375F for 10 to 12 min.
