- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 lb boneless chicken breasts, cut up
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounce.) Campbell's(r) Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. onion flakes
- 1/4 tsp dry thyme leaves, crushed
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 can (about 16 ounce.) cut green beans, liquid removed
- 2 c. uncooked Minute(r) White Rice
Инструкции
- HEAT butter in skillet. Add in chicken and cook till browned, stirring often.
- Add in soup, lowfat milk, onion, thyme and pepper. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes. or possibly till done.
- STIR in beans and rice. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.
- Serves 4.
