- 2 c. Flour
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Corn meal, yellow
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Butter
- 1 c. Half and Half
- 2 x Egg, beaten
- 3 tsp Baking pwdr
Инструкции
- Combine the first 5 ingredients.
- Scald butter and cream.
- Add in this to dry ingredients.
- Mix in egg.
- Grease and flour cast iron skillet.
- Bake at 350 for 30 min.
