- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 pkt frzn cream style corn defrosted
- 1 box Jiffy Cornbread mix
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 stk butter
- 8 ounce lowfat sour cream Grated Cheddar or possibly Colby

- Mix all except cheese, put in greased casserole and bake 350 degrees 30 minute, add in grated cheese to top and pop back in oven until cheese is melted.
