- 1 onion, minced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 c. sweet pickle juice
- 2 cans (16 ounce) kidney beans, liquid removed
- 2 green peppers
- 3 c. mayonnaise

- Bake, cool and crumble cornbread in 9 x 13 inch pan. In bowl mix mayonnaise and pickle juice. Add in onion and green peppers.1st in deep 9 x 13 inch dish layer cornbread (1/3 of it), 1 can kidney beans and 1/2 mayonnaise and pickle juice mix. 2nd layer corn bread, 1 can kidney beans and 1/2 mayonnaise and pickle juice mix. 3rd layer corn bread and tomatoes.
