- Salt & pepper ribs
- Spray interior with non-stick spray (I forgot to do this - ooops)
- 1/2 sliced onions on bottom
- 1 cup BBQ sauce poured over onions
- Ribs over onions & BBQ sauce
- 1/2 sliced onions
- 1 cup BBQ sauce poured over onions
- Place Clay Pot into cold oven
- Set for 450
