Ingredients: 1 pkt yellow cake mix; 1 pkt vanilla instant pudding; 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil; 1 1/3 c. water; 2 x Large eggs; 1/2 c. flour; 1/2 c. brown sugar; 2 tsp cinnamon; 2 tsp melted margarine

Ингредиенты

1 pkt yellow cake mix
1 pkt vanilla instant pudding
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 1/3 c. water
2 x Large eggs
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp melted margarine

Инструкции

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease and flour 10 inch tube pan. Combine cake mix, oil, pudding, water and Large eggs. Beat for 2 min. In separate bowl combine streusel ingredients. Spread 3/4 of batter into pan. Sprinkle 2/3 of streusel spread. Remaining cake batter then topping. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-50 min. Cold. Can be glazed with 3/4 c. confectioners' sugar and 1 Tbsp. lowfat milk.
