- 1 c. Whole wheat flour
- 1 c. Oat bran
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Allspice
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Grnd cloves
- 1/4 tsp Ginger
- 1 tsp Arrowroot
- 1/4 c. Liquid sweetener
- 1/2 c. Unsweetened applesauce
- 2 x Tart apples, peeled & diced
- 1/2 c. Water
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

- Preheat the oven 400F.
