- 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 c. corn chips, crushed

- In a 10-inch ovenproof frying pan, brown grnd beef, celery, onion and green pepper; drain. Stir in tomato paste, water, chili pwdr, salt, paprika, and beans. Simmer while preparing biscuits. Separate biscuit dough into 10 biscuits. Place a cheese cube in center of each biscuit. Fold dough over cheese, covering completely; seal well. Dip biscuits in lowfat milk and coat with crushed corn chips. Arrange biscuits around edge of warm meat mix. Bake 15-20 min at 425 degrees till golden. Serve immediately. Yields 6 to 7 servings.
- Note: Warm meat mix may be transferred to a 12x8 inch baking dish or possibly 2-qt casserole. Top with biscuits; bake as directed.
