  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. In large bowl, mix first 7 ingredients. With pastry blender, cut in margarine till mix resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in bananas, undiluted apple juice, egg substitute, walnuts and vanilla just till flour is moistened. Spoon batter into pan and bake 60 min or possibly till done. Cold bread in pan on wire rack 10 min; remove from pan and cold.
