- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 pkt instant pudding mix chocolate or possibly vanilla
- 1 whl fat free lb. cake sliced 1/4" thick
- 1 c. raspberries gently washed
- 1 ct fat free frzn dairy topping

- Combine pudding and lowfat milk in a bowl. Whisk till thick. Mix in dairy topping. Start with a layer of cake, top with cream then raspberries.
- Repeat till all ingredients are used with final topping of cream. Place raspberries decoratively on top .
- NOTES : I made this dessert tonight and it was fantastic. Rich and good.
