Рецепт Chocolate Pound Cake

• 1 1/2 c. Butter
• 3 c. Sugar. 1. Cream tog. Til light & fluffy,about 10 min.
• 6 lg. eggs. 2. Add 1 at a time, beating ea. well
• 3 c. Plain flour
• 6 Tab. Cocoa. 3. Sift tog.in seperate bowl.
• 1/2 tsp. salt. Add to first mix (1-2) alternating with milk
• 1/2 tsp baking pow. (1 c.). Start/ end with flour.
• 1 c. Milk (# 3).
• 2 tsp. vanilla. 4. Add to batter, bake.
• ICING:
• 1 oz semi- sweet chocolate
• 1/4 c. Butter
• 1 c. Sugar
• 1/3 c.milk
