- 8 ounce Unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 c. Unsweetened cocoa pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. Instant espresso pwdr
- 5 x Large eggs
- 2 1/2 c. Cake flour
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 4 Tbsp. Frangelico or possibly Kahlua

- Preheat oven to 325. Grease on 12-c. bundt cake pan.
- In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar together with vanilla till fluffly.
- Gradually blend in Large eggs. Sift together flour, baking pwdr and salt.
- Gradually blend in Large eggs. Sift together flour, baking pwdr and salt. In 3 additions, combine chocolate mix and dry ingredients, thinning with lowfat milk as needed. Mix in Kahlua or possibly Frangelico.
- Bake for 1 hour or possibly till the cake tests done. Let cake cook in pan for about 15 to 20 min.
- Dust with confectioners' sugar if you like.
- Serves 10 to 12.
