- 18 ounce Semisweet chocolate -- Coarsely minced
- 3/4 c. Water
- 1 x Orange rind -- grated
- 10 x Large eggs -- separated
- 1/2 c. Almonds -- minced
- 1 ounce Semisweet chocolate -- Grated
Инструкции
- Heat chocolate with water on top of double-boiler then beat till smooth.
- Add in rind and cold to room temperature. Beat the egg yolks and add in a little at a time to the chocolate mix, mixing well after each addition. Beat egg whites till hard peaks form. Add in a large dollop of the egg whites to the chocolate misture and beat well. Add in the nuts and beat well again. Mix in the remaining egg whites then spoon into dessert glasses or possibly a large bowl. Chill for at least 1 hour then serve with whipped cream sprinkled wiht the gratedchocolate.
