- 2 x Large eggs, beaten
- 1 stk margarine, melted
- 1 can (17 ounce.) cream style corn
- 1 can )17 ounce) whole kernal corn, liquid removed
- 8 ounce Lowfat sour cream or possibly plain low fat yogurt

- Heat margarine in 2 qt baking dish while oven is heating. Add in beaten Large eggs to corn muffin mix. Take out baking dish, and add in all ingredients to the margarine in the baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 min, till puffy and lightly browned.
