Ингредиенты
- 150 gm butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp baking pwdr
- 1 x quantity of marshmallow Icing sugar or possibly toasted coconut
- 2 Tbsp. gelatine
- 1 1/4 c. cool water
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 x egg white
- 1 c. icing sugar
Инструкции
- Base:Heat butter in a medium saucepan. Remove from heat.
- Add in sugar, vanilla and cocoa. Mix till combined.
- Sift in flour and baking pwdr and mix to combine.
- Press mix into the base of a greased 28cm x 18cm tin.
- Bake at 180 C for 25-30 min or possibly till cooked. Cold while preparing marshmallow. Pour marshmallow over base.
- Leave to set then sprinkle with icing sugar or possibly toasted coconut. Cut into squares to serve.
- Marshmallow:Mix gelatine and cool water together. Leave to swell for 2 min.
- Fold in sugar and bring to the boil. Boil over a low heat for 8 min.
- Cold.
- Beat egg white till stiff.
- Mix in icing sugar then pour in cooked gelatine mix.
- Beat with an electric mixer or possibly hand beater for 3 min or possibly till thick.
- NOTES : Makes 12 slices
