- 1 c. sifted flour
- 1 c. cornstarch
- 1 c. butter, soft
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 12 ounce. bag chocolate chips, melted
- Finely minced nuts
- Powdered sugar
Инструкции
- 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- 2. Sift together flour and cornstarch; set aside.
- 3. Cream butter, add in sugar and cream well.
- 4. Add in salt and vanilla and stir.
- 5. Add in sifted dry ingredients and mix well.
- 6. Chill 2 to 3 hrs.
- 7. Shape dough into small horns and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake 15 to 20 min.
- 8. Roll horns in powdered sugar while warm and cold on cooling racks.
- 9. Dip 1/2 of cookie in melted chocolate chips then roll in minced nuts to coat.
- 10. Allow to harden on waxed paper before storing.
