Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. sifted flour
  • 1 c. cornstarch
  • 1 c. butter, soft
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 12 ounce. bag chocolate chips, melted
  • Finely minced nuts
  • Powdered sugar

Инструкции

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Sift together flour and cornstarch; set aside.
  3. Cream butter, add in sugar and cream well.
  4. Add in salt and vanilla and stir.
  5. Add in sifted dry ingredients and mix well.
  6. Chill 2 to 3 hrs.
  7. Shape dough into small horns and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake 15 to 20 min.
  8. Roll horns in powdered sugar while warm and cold on cooling racks.
  9. Dip 1/2 of cookie in melted chocolate chips then roll in minced nuts to coat.
  10. Allow to harden on waxed paper before storing.
