- 1 2/3 c. flour
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. water
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. chocolate chips

- Put together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, salt. Add in water, oil, vinegar, vanilla. Beat till smooth. Mix 1/2 cup chocolate chips into batter.Pour into greased and lightly floured 8 inch pan. Sprinkle 1/2 cup chocolate chips on top. Bake 35 to 40 min, or possibly till done. Bake at 350 degrees. Cool. Cut into squares.
