Ingredients: 2 c. Flour; 2 tsp Baking pwdr; 1 tsp Baking soda; 1/2 tsp Salt; 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon; 1/2 tsp Cloves; 1/4 tsp Allspice; 1/4 tsp Ginger; 2 c. Sugar; 4 x Large eggs; 2 c. Pumpkin; 1 c. Vegetable oil; 1 c. All-Bran Cereal; 1 c. Chocolate chips; 1 c. Nuts -- minced

Ингредиенты

2 c. Flour
2 tsp Baking pwdr
1 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Cloves
1/4 tsp Allspice
1/4 tsp Ginger
2 c. Sugar
4 x Large eggs
2 c. Pumpkin
1 c. Vegetable oil
1 c. All-Bran Cereal
1 c. Chocolate chips
1 c. Nuts -- minced

Инструкции

Mix together flour, baking pwdr, soda, salt, spices, and sugar. Set mix aside.
In a large bowl, beat Large eggs till foamy. Add in pumpkin, oil, and All-Bran cereal and mix well. Add in dry mix and stir only till combined; don't overmix. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Pour mix into a Bundt pan.
Bake at 350 F for one hour and ten min.
