- 1 lb Asparagus
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped garlic
- 1 Tbsp. Grated gingerroot
- 1/2 tsp Salt or possibly herbal salt Substitute
- 1/2 tsp Honey
- 2 Tbsp. Low-sodium soy or possibly tamari Sauce
- 1 tsp Dark sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. Rice vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp Warm-pepper flakes (optional)
Инструкции
- 1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat. Trim ends of asparagus and slice each stalk diagonally into 3-inch pcs. Steam till tender (8 to 10 min). Drain.
- 2. In a large bowl combine garlic, gingerroot, salt, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, cayenne, and warm-pepper flakes. Toss with asparagus.
- Refrigerateor possibly serve hot.
