- 6 x Chimayo chilies, seeded and stemmed
- 1/2 med Yellow onion, sliced
- 2 x Cloves garlic
- 2 c. Water
- 1 x Bay leaf Salt to taste
Инструкции
- Combine all ingredients except salt in a sauce pan and bring to a boil.
- Simmer for 10 min. Remove from heat and blend till very smooth adding water if necessary. Salt to taste. Strain through fine mesh strainer.
- Yield: 6 servings
