- 1 x fresh green chili such as Anaheim or possibly poblano
- 1 x fresh jalapeno chili
- 1 lrg garlic clove
- 3/4 tsp freshly grated lime zest
- 2 Tbsp. finely minced fresh coriander
- 1 Tbsp. finely minced fresh oregano leaves
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil

- Roast and peel bell pepper and Anaheim or possibly poblano chili. Finely chop roasted pepper and chili. Wearing rubber gloves, seed and mince jalapeno chili. Mince garlic.
