- 1 1/4 c. monterey jack cheese shredd
- 1 1/4 c. cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 can green chiles minced - drain
- 3 x Large eggs
- 3/4 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 tsp onion salt
- 1/2 c. tomato minced

- Preparation Time: 0:30
- Preheat oven to 400. Patpie crust into slightly larger circle. Lightly sprinkle bottom of pan with cornmeal. Place pie crust in baker pushing up along sides to create rim. Prick all over with fork. Bake about 10 min. Remove from oven and reduce temperature to 350. Sprinkle cheese and chiles into crust.
- Mix Large eggs, lowfat sour cream, and salt. Pour into crust. Sprinkle minced tomato around edge. Bake for 28 - 30 min or possibly till set in center. Cut into wedges and serve warm.
