- 4 x Chicken breasts, boned Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Chopped onion (up to 2)
- 4 slc Bacon
- 1 Tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
- 2 tsp Flour

- Easy - may prepare ahead, serves 4
- Salt and pepper chicken, then sprinkle with onion. Wrap each loosely with bacon. Mix Kitchen Bouquet and flour into a paste. Roll wrapped chicken in paste. Place in covered pan and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees Farenheit.
- For all you OAMCers - appears to be ready to freeze just before the "place in a covered pan" part - simple to prepare ahead
