Инструкции

  1. Saute/fry chicken pcs in butter; oil till browned. Pour wine over chicken and cook till alcohol evaporates.
  2. In separate pot, combine stewed tomatoes, 3/4 can of chicken broth, liquid removed mushrooms and peas. Add in cooked chicken and simmer, 15-20 min. Before serving, mix cornstarch with remaining chicken broth. Stir till smooth. Add in mix to chicken and tomatoes, stir till slightly thickened. Serve over rice or possibly egg noodles.
