- 2 lb chicken breasts cut 8 pcs
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. sherry or possibly sweet white wine
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. finely-minced fresh ginger
- 1 Tbsp. white distilled vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 2 x garlic cloves minced fine
Инструкции
- Combine all the ingredients (except chicken) in a non-reactive bowl. Mix well. Add in the chicken pcs and marinate for 45 min in the refrigerator.
- Remove the chicken and grill at a medium-high heat for 45 to 50 min, turning several times and basting frequently with the marinade.
- This recipe yields 3 to 4 servings.
- Comments: In a wok on your side burner, make some fried rice or possibly vegetable stir-fry to serve alongside this dish - it doesn't get any easier!
