- 3 c. rice krispies crushed steak seasoning pepper celery seed skim lowfat milk

- Crush about 3 c. of crisped rice cereal, add in some steak seasoning (I used Adam's), pepper, celery seed (very small amount) Or possibly use your favorite fried chicken seasonings. I dipped a lb. of chicken tendersin lowfat milk then in the crumbs and placed the pcs on a Pam-ed sheet ofaluminum foil. There were sufficient crumbs which you could probably do another 1/2-3/4pound of chicken.
- For the tenders, I baked them at 375 for 15 min, turned them and baked for another 10. It was the first time I'd made anything like which and I'd
- probably shorten the time. For bone-in chicken, you'd want to bake the pcs for about 40 min.
- Also, for the first dip I'll probably combine egg whites and lowfat milk or possibly water to make it a little stickier.
