- Chicken breasts, boneless
- Minced parsley
- Sliced Mozzarella
- Sliced boiled ham
- 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. hot water
- 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs

- Lb. meat 1/4 inch thick. Sprinkle with parsley. Put cheese and ham on chicken; roll it all up and secure with a toothpick. Roll chicken in mayonnaise and water, then roll in bread crumbs. Cook on greased baking pan in a 425 degree oven for 15 to 20 min.
