Инструкции

  1. In a steam kettle, heat the oil, saute all onions, celery & carrots for 4 minutes.
  2. Add garlic, bay leaves, pinch of crushed red pepper and saute for 1 minutes.
  3. Add the stock and bring the liquid to a boil.
  4. Rreduce the heat to a simmer.
  5. Reseason if neccessary.
  6. Add the rice and green onions and continue to cook for approximately 5 minutes, then serve.
