- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 3 celery stalks, sliced
- 1 c. brown rice, cooked
- 1 c. regular rice, cooked or possibly uncooked Minute Rice
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 teaspoon parsley flakes

- Combine all ingredients in large crockpot and cook on high 4 hrs or possibly low overnight. Or possibly: Bring to a boil on stove top in kettle, then low heat for 2 hrs.
