A rich and creamy item for dinner, chicken is moist and the mushrooms pick up the flavor of the cream and Marsala Wine.

- 4 Chicken Breast (Pounded thin)
- 1 Lb sliced white mushrooms
- 1 Cube butter
- 1/4 Cup Olive oil
- 1/4 Cup Marsala wine
- 1 Cup Heavy cream
- Flour for dredging
- Salt and pepper
Инструкции
1.
Melt butter with olive oil
2.
Dredge chicken breast in flour
3.
Place chicken into hot pan and saute until golden
4.
When golden take out chicken breast and place into a pan and then into a 350 degree ovem
5.
Put mushrooms into pan and saute until tender
6.
Return chicken to pan
7.
Add wine then heavy cream
8.
Saute for 5 to 8 minutes then take our chicken breast, place in serving platter and pour mushroom sauce on top
