- 2 to 3 chicken breasts
- 2 (10 ounce.) frzn broccoli
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- Bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1 sm. can evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 (12 ounce.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella

- Cook chicken and remove from bone. Cook broccoli and spread in bottom of a 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Place chicken pcs over broccoli. Mix together lemon juice, curry pwdr, soups and evaporated lowfat milk and pour over chicken and broccoli. Poke with a knife to allow soup mix to settle into chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
