Ingredients: 1/4 lb Butter; 1 c. Onions, chop; 1 c. Celery, chop; 1 x Pan cornbread, crumble; 6 slc Bread, crumble; 1/4 lb Crackers, crumble; 2 tsp Thyme, sage or possibly poultry seasoning; 4 c. Chicken broth; 14 ounce Can chicken broth; 4 x Large eggs, beaten; 1/2 c. Lowfat milk; 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr; 3 x To 4 c chicken

Ингредиенты

1/4 lb Butter
1 c. Onions, chop
1 c. Celery, chop
1 x Pan cornbread, crumble
6 slc Bread, crumble
1/4 lb Crackers, crumble
2 tsp Thyme, sage or possibly poultry seasoning
4 c. Chicken broth
14 ounce Can chicken broth
4 x Large eggs, beaten
1/2 c. Lowfat milk
1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
3 x To 4 c chicken

Инструкции

Boil hen or possibly large fryer for your broth and chicken. Saute/fry onions and celery in butter. Pour this mix over bread crumbs in a very large mixing bowl.
Add in seasonings and toss together. Pour sufficient broth into mix to moisten. Add in beaten Large eggs and mix together well. Add in baking pwdr, lowfat milk, and remaining broth. Mix should be very slushy. (Pouring point). Add in chicken. Pack tightly into a 5 qt crockpot. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hrs. Reduce to LOW and cook 4 to 8 hrs.
