• 3 x Egg yolks lightly beaten
• 1 Tbsp. Golden brown crisco shortening
• 1/2 tsp Almond extract
• 1 can Pitted red tart cherries in water/14 ounce
• 1/2 c. Reserved cherry liquid
• 2/3 c. Granulated sugar
• 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
• 2 Tbsp. All-purpose flour A healthy pinch salt
• 1 Tbsp. Amaretto liqueur
• 1 tsp Red food color (optional)
• 1/2 tsp Fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp Vinegar
• 1 Tbsp. Golden brown crisco shortening
• 1 1/2 tsp Unflavored gelatin
• 2 Tbsp. Plus 2 tsp water
• 1 1/2 c. Whipping cream
• 6 Tbsp. Icing sugar
• 1 tsp Almond extract
• 1 1/4 ounce White chocolate bar with almonds/ shaved Slivered almonds
