- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 1/3 c. granulated sugar
- 1 x egg
- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 1 tsp Pure vanilla Extract
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 c. dark Karo syrup
- 1 x uncooked pie shell
- 1 1/4 c. pecans, minced coarsely

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Cream together cream cheese and 1/3 c. of sugar. Add in one egg, salt and one tsp. of vanilla. Beat till well mixed.
- In another bowl, beat three Large eggs, 1/4 c. of sugar, Karo syrup and vanilla till well blended, but not thick.
- Spread cream cheese mix proportionately on the bottom of uncooked pie shell.
- Top with pecans. Pour syrup mix over pecans. Bake for 35-40 min, or possibly till the middle of the pie is puffed and solid.
