Инструкции

  1. For crust: Line bottom of 10-inch springform pan with waxed paper. Mix crumbs, 1/2 c. melted butter and Parmesan in small bowl. Press crumbs firmly against bottom and sides of springform pan. Chill pan while preparing filling.
  2. For filling: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix cream cheese, Large eggs, onion, and lemon extract in processor or possibly blender till smooth. Blend in 1/4 c. melted butter. Transfer to bowl. Stir in lowfat sour cream. Mix in caviar.
  3. Spoon filling into chilled crust. Bake 45 min. Turn off oven. Let cheesecake stand in oven 15 to 20 min; filling will appear unset.
  4. Remove from oven; cold to room temperature. Cover with plastic wrap and chill at least 12 hrs before serving.
