- 2 lb grnd beef
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr
- 2 Tbsp. steak sauce
- 4 slc bacon
- 1/4 c. thinly sliced celery
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 can Green Giant mushrooms pcs & stems (4 ounce) liquid removed
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese or possibly 6 slices Swiss cheese
- 6 Tbsp. sauerkraut
- 1/2 c. crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. minced sweet pickles if you like

- In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Shape into twelve 4-in patties. Place 6 patties on waxed paper. Top each with portion of either Mushroom-Bacon, Reuben or possibly blue cheese fillings. Place remaining patties over stuffing; press edges to seal.
- When ready to barbecue, place patties on grill 3 to 4 inches from warm coals. Cook till browned on both sides and of desired doneness. If topping with cheese, place on patty during last few min of cooking; heat till cheese begins to heat. Serve on buns which have been toasted on grill, if you like.
- MUSHROOM-BACON STUFFING PREPARATION DIRECTIONS In small skillet, fry bacon till crisp. Remove bacon from pan; crumble and set aside. Drain all but 2 Tbsp. bacon drippings; add in celery and onion, cooking till tender. Stir in mushrooms and crumbled bacon. Divide into 6 portions. 1 1/4 c..
