Ингредиенты
- 1/4 c. sliced almonds toasted lightly in a non-stick pan (can reduce amount)
- 1 lb catfish fillets
- 1 Tbsp. diet margarine (your favorite)
- 1 x lemon juiced
Инструкции
- Pan fry the catfish filets in the margarine till they are lightly browned. Remove frompan and keep hot. Add in lemon juice and almonds, and heat through. Serve sauce over filets.
- NOTES : I've got a good catfish recipe. This is good sufficient for company food!
