- 1 tsp diet margarine
- 1 x carrot diagonally sliced
- 1 x celery ribs diagonally sliced
- 2 x scallions diagonally sliced
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable broth
- 1 c. shredded cabbage (savoy- bok choy- nappa)
- 4 ounce snow peas
- 1/2 c. vegetable broth
- 1 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce or possibly Gourmet Sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch water as needed
Инструкции
- Heat wok with the diet margarine and quickly add in the carrot, celery, and onion. Stir fry about 2 mins; add in 2 Tbsp. broth, cover; reduce heat and steam 2 mins. Remove lid; add in cabbage and peapods; water if needed, cover and steam for about 2 min. Mix the broth with the bottled sauce and the cornstarch. Add in to the wok and make a sauce, adding water as needed. Serve at once.
- rice or possibly noodle.
- VARIATION: add in 4 ounces cooked teriyaki chicken filet, shredded or possibly chopped.
