- 2 x Large eggs
- 16 ounce Tomato sauce Lowfat milk Onions, minced Green pepper, minced Bread crumbs Salt & pepper Onion salt Garlic salt

- Beat Large eggs with a little bit of lowfat milk in bowl. Add in [1] can tomato sauce and beat. Add in onions, pepper and squish meat with hands through all this mess
- (wash hands first). Add in salt, pepper, etc. to taste. Add in a few bread crumbs to hold it all together and pat into a loaf. Place loaf in electric frying pan - with a little oil. Pour over remaining tomato sauce. Cook about 1-1/2 hrs at 325 .
