- 2 tsp oil [or possibly, 2 Tbsp. Butter]
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- 8 ounce cream cheese, softened [room temperature]
- 1 tsp dry thyme
- 1 tsp garlic salt [Or possibly, garlic pwdr or possibly Garlic Magic**]
- 1 tsp dry oregano
- 4 x boneless chicken breasts, pounded flat
- 1/4 c. [dark] brown sugar
- 1/4 c. minced pecans
- 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
- 1/3 c. minced fresh parsley

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small skillet, add in the oil [or possibly butter]. Saute/fry mushrooms till softened and set aside to cold.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, thyme, garlic salt [or possibly, garlic pwdr or possibly Garlic Magic] and oregano. Add in mushrooms and stir to combine.
- Lb. out each chicken breast till flat. Spread with equal parts of the filling and place seam-side down in a baking pan.
- In another bowl, mix the sugar, pecans, mustard and parsley. Spread mix on top of the chicken. Bake for 25 to 30 min.
- Preparation Time: 15 min
- Cooking Time: 30 min
- The chicken is wrapped around a savory creamy filling and sprinkled with a sweet and crunchy topping. Serve with fettuccine Alfredo.
